Russian physicist, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph. D., graduate of MIPT in 1999.
Tagir participates in the international "Belle" experiment in Japan.
He worked in the laboratories of the Institute for Theoretical and Experimental Physics (ITEP), as well as the Lausanne Federal Polytechnic School (EPFL), at the KEK High Energy Physics Research Center in Japan. In 2014, he established the High Energy Physics Laboratory at MIPT. In 2015-2017 he was Vice-Rector for Science and Strategic Development at MIPT.
Currently, he heads the Department of High Energy Physics at MIPT.
