PhD Candidate, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration
Eduard Galimullin is a Ph.D. Candidate in Political Science at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. His research interests broadly involve the Arctic state policy of Russia and the US, the relationship of Russia and the US in the Arctic, the socio-economic development of the Arctic Zone of Russia, and the perspectives of the Northern Sea Route. In 2017 Eduard obtained a British Petroleum fellowship and begun participating in international conferences inside and outside Russia. Over the past two years, he has already visited Finland, the Murmansk region, Arkhangelsk region, Irkutsk, St. Petersburg, Poland, Belarus, Estonia, and the Kyrgyz Republic. Eduard is the national committee representative for APECS Russia and also the President of APECS Russia.
