Potential areas and themes for future UK-Russia collaboration in the development of training and educational opportunities
Potential tools and mechanisms to help share and implement best practices in Arctic training and education across the network;
Potential synergies and opportunities for closer cooperation in the future
This online forum is an opportunity to bring together some of the UK and Russian universities and research centres heavily invested in Arctic research and education. Over the course of time, a number of Arctic-related university courses, training programmes and educational resources have been successfully developed in Russia and the UK to equip experts with skills and knowledge of particular relevance to Arctic research and the Arctic region. Today there remains a growing demand for quality training and educational opportunities for next generation of Arctic researchers to advance our knowledge of the changing Arctic.
