PhD in history, associate Professor of the Department of Humanities, Head of the International Student and Visiting Professor Department at theFinancial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
In 2008 graduated from the MSU History Department.
In 2011, successfully earned his PhD in history and defended his thesis on "The National Question in the Activities of National Political Parties and Organizations of the Russian Empire (within the period from the 1880s until February 1917).
In 2017 earned his MA in management at MSU Graduate School of Public Administration.
Anatoly Kislyakov's areas of academic interest include Russian history, world history, history of social movements and political parties in Russia, economic history, modern technology, innovations in management and student teaching.
